Terms of use

These terms cover your use of nhnconsulting.com, its subdomains, our newsletters, our courses and programmes, and the content we publish on social media. By using any of them you agree to these terms. Paid services are also governed by the agreement you sign with us, which takes precedence where the two differ.

Who we are

NHN Consulting is a female-led digital marketing consultancy founded and owned by Liyana van Wyk, working with women in business across the UK and USA. Contact: hello@nhnconsulting.com.

Intellectual property

The Digital Footprint Framework™, its four stages (Audit, Correct, Expand, Grow), the Diagnosis, the Footprint Scan, and every course, programme, module, workbook, template, checklist, email sequence, brochure and piece of written, visual or video content published by NHN Consulting or its ventures were created by Liyana van Wyk, founder and owner of NHN Consulting, and are her intellectual property. She holds and operates them through NHN Consulting. All rights are reserved.

You may read, watch and use this material for your own business. You may not copy, reproduce, publish, resell, sublicense, teach, adapt, translate, or build a competing product, course or framework from any part of it without written permission from Liyana van Wyk. Course and programme access is personal, non-transferable and limited to the person who bought it. The names Digital Footprint Framework™ and NHN Consulting™ are trade marks and may not be used to name or describe any product, service or method that is not NHN's.

If you believe any material on this site infringes your own rights, email us and we will respond within 14 days.

Using our content

You may share links to our pages and quote short extracts with a clear credit to NHN Consulting and a link back to the source. You may not present our frameworks, methods or course material as your own, strip our name from it, or use it to train, build or market a competing service.

Courses and programmes

Access to a course or programme is for the person who bought it. Sharing logins, downloading content for redistribution, recording lessons, or passing material to third parties ends your access without refund. Refund terms are stated on each course's sales page at the time of purchase.

Free tools and the Diagnosis

The Diagnosis and the Footprint Scan are free. They give you an honest read of where your marketing is leaking based on what you tell us. They are our professional opinion, not a guarantee of any result.

Affiliate links

Some links on this site, including links to Systeme.io and Metricool, are affiliate links. NHN Consulting earns a small commission if you sign up, at no extra cost to you. We recommend them because we use them on client engagements.

No guarantees

We work hard and we tell the truth about what we find. We do not promise specific revenue, lead or ranking outcomes, because those depend on your business, your market and your execution. Results we publish are real, named with consent, and specific to that client.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, NHN Consulting and Liyana van Wyk are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, our free tools, or our published content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
